Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to enhance brand visibility and attract high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital and offline marketing, content creation, and campaign management, ideally within the wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services, packages, and events
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) with engaging content
• Coordinate promotions, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
• Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
• Assist in creating marketing materials (flyers, brochures, emailers, etc.)
• Support PR efforts and brand positioning activities
• Collaborate with the operations team to align marketing efforts with guest experience. 

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or luxury sectors
• Proficiency in social media marketing and content planning
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic tools (bonus: photography/video editing)
• Familiarity with digital advertising and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about wellness and branding
