Our client is looking for a passionate, motivated and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join the team and be a key point of contact for valued clients.

About the Job: 

As a Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and projects, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding their marketing objectives, communicating their needs to our internal teams, and ensuring their experience with our agency is exceptional. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications, including handling inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues related to marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Understand clients' business goals, marketing objectives, and target audiences to effectively brief internal teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., creative, digital, media, analytics) to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing strategies and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes, ensuring projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics to clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts by proposing additional marketing services that align with their evolving needs.
  • Gather client feedback on campaign performance and agency services, and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development of marketing proposals and presentations for new and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media or a related field]
  • Proven experience (2 years) in a client-facing role within a marketing agency or a similar fast-paced environment]
  • Familiarity with project management tools, experience with CRM software, understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and a keen interest in the latest industry trends.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Negotiation skills, Analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
