About the Client:

Responsibilities:

  • Support brand and communication strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Develop branding for new/expanding products based on market insights.
  • Create/curate compelling, creative, and engaging content for multiple channels.
  • Develop brochures, flyers, newsletters, videos, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product analysis, and creative teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Create content for media and PR campaigns.
  • Develop media plans and monitor campaign success and performance

Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • Bachelors Degree/professional qualification in Marketing/Business Management/Communications.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in visual & written brand communication, internal & external branding, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent command of English and Sinhala (written & verbal).
  • Solid experience in content creation, social media tools, and campaign management.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in positioning and managing brand identity in a digital space.
  • Based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
  • Leadership capabilities
