We are looking to hire a "Recruitment Specialist for Foreign Employment" for one of our client companies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or in a related field. Proven experience in Recruiting for Foreign Employment.
- In depth knowledge of international recruitment processes and regulations.
- Previous experience in visa processing will be an added advantage
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
- Language proficiency in both English to Sinhala. Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with minimum Supervision and problem solving skill
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source qualified candidates for international employment.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant international employment regulations.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage and process necessary documentation for smooth candidate placements.
- Stay abreast of global employment trends and industry developments.
- Contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies
