We are looking to hire a "Recruitment Specialist for Foreign Employment" for one of our client companies.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or in a related field. Proven experience in Recruiting for Foreign Employment.
  • In depth knowledge of international recruitment processes and regulations.
  • Previous experience in visa processing will be an added advantage
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Language proficiency in both English to Sinhala. Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with minimum Supervision and problem solving skill
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source qualified candidates for international employment.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant international employment regulations.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage and process necessary documentation for smooth candidate placements.
  • Stay abreast of global employment trends and industry developments.
  • Contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies
