We are looking to hire a "Business Development Executive" for one of our client companies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development and Sales Associate or a similar position.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the technology industry, preferably with marketing or advertising experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the latest sales techniques
- Experience with remote sales, managing sales pipelines, and closing sales.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand network.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, customer support, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Adapt to evolving market conditions and customer preferences to remain competitive and drive business growth.
