We are looking to hire a "Business Development Executive" for one of our client companies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development and Sales Associate or a similar position.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably with marketing or advertising experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the latest sales techniques
  • Experience with remote sales, managing sales pipelines, and closing sales.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand network.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, customer support, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Adapt to evolving market conditions and customer preferences to remain competitive and drive business growth.
