Responsibilities:

  • Drive the corporate sales and marketing function by maximizing current opportunities and exploring new ways to develop the business.
  • Manage social media platforms and generate business leads.
  • Create brand awareness through social media campaigns.
  • Oversee offline communication channels.
  • Manage promotional campaigns on social media.
  • Conduct research on market and customer trends, perform competitor analysis, and conduct customer questionnaires and focus groups to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and present ideas and strategies.
  • Write and proofread creative copy as needed.
  • Manage all operations associated with corporate communications and public relations.
  • Attend workshops and trade fairs related to travel products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • A qualification in Digital Marketing would be an added advantage (APIDM).
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.).
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.
