About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales within the travel and tourism industry. The role involves regular visits to travel agents and tour operators to promote our travel services, expand business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to travel agents and potential partners to generate new business leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to ensure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
- Promote and sell clients Travel International's travel packages, MICE services, and other travel-related offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports to the management team.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless booking and service execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks.
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with travel packages, corporate travel requirements, and industry trends.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively and meet with clients on a daily basis.
