About the Job: 

The Business Development Executive drives growth in our client's Managed Services division by securing new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong client relationships. This fast-paced role demands a proactive, target-driven individual with a flair for IT sales and negotiation.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive revenue by achieving aggressive sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and product demos
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals efficiently
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategic growth initiatives

Qualifications: 

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in IT services or managed services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to closing
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
