About the Job:
The Business Development Executive drives growth in our client's Managed Services division by securing new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong client relationships. This fast-paced role demands a proactive, target-driven individual with a flair for IT sales and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by achieving aggressive sales targets and KPIs
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and product demos
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals efficiently
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategic growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in IT services or managed services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to closing
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
