Our Partner company is a leading vehicle shipping and logistics company based in Dubai, specializing in providing seamless and efficient shipping solutions for vehicles globally. We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Sri Lanka and help drive business growth.
About the Job:
We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the shipping or logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to generate leads and close sales over the phone. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and driving sales for vehicle shipping solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the company's vehicle shipping and logistics services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions for vehicle shipping based on their requirements.
- Provide clients with accurate and detailed information about shipping rates, procedures, and timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and customer retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective tele sales strategies.
- Maintain an organized database of leads, clients, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Follow up on inquiries, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process.
- Stay updated on the latest shipping regulations, industry trends, and competitive offerings to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of tele sales experience, preferably in the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to engage potential customers, explain complex services clearly, and close sales.
- Previous experience in vehicle shipping or logistics services is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with sales tools is an advantage).
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working in a Dubai-based or international company is a plus.
