They are now looking for a Head of Operations and Sales to lead their team, drive growth, and ensure the delivery of exceptional travel experiences aligned with their mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the seamless execution of travel products and marketing initiatives. Monitor supplier quality and customer service standards to guarantee a top-tier experience.
- Drive strategies to enhance operational efficiency while focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to optimise SEO, content delivery, and engagement, ensuring robust visibility in the market.
- Conceptualise and launch new, niche travel packages and experience-based tourism products tailored to diverse customer segments.
- Regularly track and report on KPIs aligned with the company's strategic goals, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded.
- Ensure adherence to internal audits, customer feedback, and quality metrics across all business operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in operations management within the tourism, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing marketing and SEO campaigns is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in operational tracking tools, customer review platforms, and service audits.
- A passion for social impact, with a focus on empowering women entrepreneurs and supporting rural outreach.
- Financial acumen to manage P&L, track breakeven points, and identify opportunities for revenue diversification.
KPIs Youll Drive:
- SEO Ranking & Campaign Performance: Monitor and optimise SEO rankings, ensuring a strong online presence.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive improvements in customer satisfaction, measured by Google and TripAdvisor reviews.
- Revenue Growth & Diversification: Focus on growing overall revenue and diversifying product offerings.
- New Travel Packages: Create and launch new travel packages to expand the companys portfolio.
- Supplier Quality Compliance: Maintain high-quality standards for suppliers, ensuring consistency and reliability.
