Spa Operations Manager

About the Company:

Our client is a luxury wellness center in Colombo 5, offering premium spa and holistic wellness services to an exclusive clientele. They are now looking for a professional and service-oriented Spa Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and elevate the guest experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily spa operations, ensuring a smooth and exceptional client experience
• Lead and support spa therapists, front office, and housekeeping staff
• Maintain high standards in service delivery, cleanliness, and client satisfaction
• Handle scheduling, shift planning, and ensure full coverage during weekends and peak hours
• Manage stock levels, vendor coordination, and equipment upkeep
• Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotions to drive client engagement

Requirements

• 2 -3 years of experience in spa or hospitality operations or related field.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Familiarity with booking software, POS systems, and spa operations
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts (12 PM - 7 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM).
