We are looking to hire a "Marketing Executive" for one of our client companies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of O/L or A/L qualifications.
  • Previous sales experience in real estate, insurance, SIM card, or credit card sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and market trends is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Showcase available land properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their features, benefits, and investment potential.
  • Negotiate terms and prices with clients to secure sales deals that meet both their needs and the company's objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or queries clients may have and ensuring a smooth transaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads generated, and deals closed, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales team.
