About the Job: 

Our client is catering to both local and international clientele. We undertake inbound tour operations, which is focused on creating tailor-made and curated travel experiences to Sri Lanka. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead our Inbound Tour Operations team and drive excellence in delivering exceptional travel services

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute strategies to boost revenue and attract more tourists.
  • Oversee daily operations of inbound tour management.
  • Manage tour accommodation, ticketing, transportation, sightseeing, coordination and itinerary customization.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage relationships with regional, corporate, and international clients.
  • Stay updated on tourism regulations, trends, and industry news.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Inbound Tour Operations, with at least 2 years at Managerial Level.
  • Bachelors Degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Management or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of inbound tourism industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of destinations, trends, products & services.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using travel-related software and platforms.
  • Policy-oriented and strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Good proficiency in English both verbal and written. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
