About the Job:
Our client is catering to both local and international clientele. We undertake inbound tour operations, which is focused on creating tailor-made and curated travel experiences to Sri Lanka. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead our Inbound Tour Operations team and drive excellence in delivering exceptional travel services
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to boost revenue and attract more tourists.
- Oversee daily operations of inbound tour management.
- Manage tour accommodation, ticketing, transportation, sightseeing, coordination and itinerary customization.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for customer needs and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage relationships with regional, corporate, and international clients.
- Stay updated on tourism regulations, trends, and industry news.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Inbound Tour Operations, with at least 2 years at Managerial Level.
- Bachelors Degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Management or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of inbound tourism industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of destinations, trends, products & services.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using travel-related software and platforms.
- Policy-oriented and strong decision-making capabilities.
- Good proficiency in English both verbal and written. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
