About the Job:
The Assistant Manager - Business Development drives revenue growth by identifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, and building client relationships. The role involves market research, cross-functional collaboration, and managing the sales cycle to deliver tailored IT and managed service solutions aligned with the company's global expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business leads.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams.
- Prepare proposals, RFPs, and maintain CRM records.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT or managed services
- Proven track record of meeting personal and team revenue targets
- International business experience (highly desirable)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
- Conduct client needs analysis and deliver presentations.
- Provide sales forecasts and regular performance reports. and solutions
