Business Analyst

We are looking to hire a "Business Analyst" for one of our client companies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in analyzing requirements using techniques such as use cases & scenarios, user stories, business rule analysis, process diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
• Proven experience in defining and documenting requirements/user stories across brands/projects.
• Experience in working in an agile environment.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Preferred - Full/ partial qualification in CIMA, CMA, etc.
• Preferred - Certifications related to Business Analysis.
• Preferred Prior experience in the fields of Banking, Finance, etc., as well as Credit Card Management systems, Mobile Apps, etc.
• 2 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize techniques such as use cases & scenarios, user stories, business rule analysis, process diagrams, and data flow diagrams to thoroughly analyze business requirements.
• Define and document requirements/user stories across brands/projects to ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively within an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies as needed.
• Apply effective analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues, gaps, and opportunities in requirements.
• Communicate effectively in spoken and written English, ensuring clarity and understanding among team members and stakeholders.
