Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our client who is a Dubai-based shipping company in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, providing exceptional customer service in the shipping or logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding shipments, deliveries, and inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain and update customer records and shipment tracking information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Assist in any administrative tasks related to customer care and shipping operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care or a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently
- Knowledge of shipping procedures and logistics
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
