Job Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our client who is a Dubai-based shipping company in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, providing exceptional customer service in the shipping or logistics industry.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding shipments, deliveries, and inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records and shipment tracking information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Assist in any administrative tasks related to customer care and shipping operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care or a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and logistics
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
