We are looking to hire an "Experience Center Assistant" for one of our client companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors to the experience center, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Educate customers about the concept of EV battery as a service, explaining the advantages, cost savings, and environmental benefits.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of electric bike features, functionalities, and maintenance requirements to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Assist customers in exploring various EV bike models, providing detailed information on specifications, pricing, and available financing options.
  • Conduct test rides for interested customers, ensuring their safety and comfort while showcasing the performance and capabilities of electric bikes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate seamless transactions, including processing orders, arranging deliveries, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in EV battery technology, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate key differentiators to customers.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of EV battery services, electric bike mechanics, and sales techniques.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues and customers alike on technical aspects related to EV batteries and electric bikes.
  • Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and providing personalized recommendations tailored to their preferences.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the experience center, ensuring that displays, signage, and promotional materials are effectively showcased.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives aimed at driving foot traffic, increasing sales, and enhancing brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, sales, or hospitality.
  • Passion for sustainable transportation solutions and a strong interest in electric vehicles and renewable energy technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed to accommodate customer traffic and promotional events.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or automotive technology is a plus.
