We are looking to hire an "Operations Manager" for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in Property/Retail or facilities management Proven experience in operations management, with a track record in improving operational performance successfully
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Age requirement: 30 to 45 Years
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations within the mall to maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring both tenant and customer needs are met effectively 
  • Supervise security personnel and janitorial staff to ensure a safe and clean environment 
  • Monitor and control operating expenses, develop and maintain budgets, and ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures 
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors and other support services 
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive footfall and increase sales opportunities for tenants 
  • Implement cost-reduction measures to optimize operational efficiency 
  • Ensure the safety and security of the mall and implement emergency response protocols as needed 
  • Plan and promote events, engage in active leasing and create promotional activities to attract visitors and boost revenue 
  • Conduct regular inspections of shops to maintain high standards 
  • Monitor photoshoots to ensure compliance with all mall policies 
  • Oversee washroom collections to ensure functionality throughout the facility 
  • Ensure operational compliance across all tenant shops 
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the Police and other relevant key government institutions to support mall operations 
  • Maintain high-quality property standards through daily inspections and periodic preventive maintenance 
  • Ensuring all invoices are presented and approved within the designated operating budget authority levels, coordinating with finance and management for proper authorization 
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of mall management
