As they continue to expand their market presence, they are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to help drive brand growth and enhance their visibility across all marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness and business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and brand expansion opportunities.
- Define and maintain brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Oversee brand identity management and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Design and execute effective ATL, BTL, and Digital marketing campaigns.
- Enhance brand presence through strategic visibility campaigns.
- Lead and manage new product development and successful campaigns.
- Plan and evaluate consumer promotions to boost brand engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and to create competitive trade plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with key principals and address market shifts proactively.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement.
- Establish and manage the budget for all brands and channel development programs and initiatives, collaborating with sales and trade marketing teams.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to improve strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or professional qualification in sales & marketing from a recognized institution.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong analytical skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for branding and consumer behavior.
Location: Colombo 4, Sri Lanka
Salary: Basic Salary starting from Rs. 150,000.00 + Vehicle Allowance + Fuel
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
