As they continue to expand their market presence, they are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to help drive brand growth and enhance their visibility across all marketing channels.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness and business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and brand expansion opportunities.
  • Define and maintain brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee brand identity management and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Design and execute effective ATL, BTL, and Digital marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance brand presence through strategic visibility campaigns.
  • Lead and manage new product development and successful campaigns.
  • Plan and evaluate consumer promotions to boost brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and to create competitive trade plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key principals and address market shifts proactively.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement.
  • Establish and manage the budget for all brands and channel development programs and initiatives, collaborating with sales and trade marketing teams.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to improve strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or professional qualification in sales & marketing from a recognized institution.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong analytical skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for branding and consumer behavior.

Location: Colombo 4, Sri Lanka

Salary: Basic Salary starting from Rs. 150,000.00 + Vehicle Allowance + Fuel

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
