Data Scientist

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join a growing technology team focused on developing data-driven solutions, particularly in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should be passionate about transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights and building scalable machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct in-depth descriptive analysis of large-scale healthcare datasets and extract meaningful features for analytical models.

· Design, develop, and validate machine learning models for integration into healthcare applications.

· Identify and apply appropriate analytical tools to address business and technical requirements.

· Manage data science projects end-to-end, translating ambiguous problem statements into structured analytical frameworks.

· Evaluate the performance and impact of data-driven products and solutions.

· Collaborate closely with clinical and product teams to deliver data-driven insights and improvements.

Technical Requirements

· Proven experience in solving real-world analytical and modeling problems.

· Strong expertise in the Python data science ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).

· Proficiency in PyTorch for building and deploying neural network architecture.

· Solid skills in algorithm development and predictive modeling.

· Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical and technical concepts.

Good to Have

· Prior experience working with clinical or healthcare datasets.

· Strong understanding of statistical methods and time-series data analysis.
