Job Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and support financial reporting activities. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling bookkeeping and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports while supporting the organization's financial objectives.

Experience & Qualification

  • 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate with overseas clients across different time zones.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping activities.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
  • Communicate with overseas clients and support finance-related queries in a professional manner.
  • Work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
