Our client is a multi-solution provider supplying Amida, HAVIT, PNY, Laptops, Desktops, CCTV, Printers and Computer Accessories with a history spanning over 17+ years we having built the confidence and trust of our valued clientele which makes us a leader in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily showroom operations while
    ensuring excellent customer service. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions. 
  • Prepare product displays and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare invoices, and follow up efficiently.
  • Maintain showroom inventory and ensure product samples are updated.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a showroom sales representative or in a similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of product and service presentation concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and Excel). 
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. 
  • Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with customers. 
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments. 
  • Pleasant personality with attention to detail and product aesthetics.
