Job Overview

The Senior Sales Executive – Town Storming is responsible for driving high-volume merchant acquisition and device deployments during Town Storming activities across high-density commercial areas.

This role combines strong sales execution with field leadership responsibilities, supporting team productivity, coaching junior sales executives, and ensuring operational excellence during town storming campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in town storming campaigns across assigned territories
  • Drive aggressive merchant acquisition and product penetration
  • Promote products with strong focus on Soundbox and SoftPOS
  • Collect merchant documentation and complete onboarding requirements
  • Ensure timely and accurate application submission in Mastercore
  • Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments
  • Support device deployment and merchant activation
  • Coach and support Sales Executives during field execution
  • Support Team Leader in onboarding and mentoring junior team members
  • Maintain strong activity, quality, and collections performance
