About the Client:

A leading organization in the marketing and event management space, known for delivering innovative brand experiences that connect people and businesses. The company specializes in creative activations, strategic campaigns, and impactful promotions designed to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation strategies, including on-ground promotions, events, product launches, and experiential marketing initiatives that align with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as creative, digital, and operations, as well as external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution of each activation.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of activations  from venue coordination, manpower management, and branding setup to supplier handling and on-site supervision.
  • Ensure that every activation effectively reflects the brands tone, values, and identity, while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor activation performance and collect feedback through reports, data analysis, and on-ground insights to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative approaches to enhance audience engagement, increase brand recall, and deliver unique experiences that stand out in the market.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality standards in execution.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, Event Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand activations, event coordination, or promotional marketing will be an added advantage.
  • A creative thinker with strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Energetic and proactive, with a hands-on approach to execution and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide timely solutions on the ground.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, based on event and activation schedules.
