Creative Designer

About the Client:

A leading organization in the marketing and event management space, known for delivering innovative brand experiences that connect people and businesses. The company specializes in creative activations, strategic campaigns, and impactful promotions designed to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually captivating assets for social media, digital ads, brand campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Design to execute creative concepts and ensure visual consistency across all projects.
• Create and refine branding elements, including logos, typography, and color palettes, aligning with the brands identity and tone.
• Assist in the development of pitch decks, marketing collateral, and client presentations, ensuring professional and visually appealing layouts.
• Perform basic photo and video editing, including retouching, trimming, and color adjustments for content production.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

Requirements:

• Proven experience or strong portfolio in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma or equivalent design tools.
• A strong eye for detail, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate abstract ideas into engaging visuals.
• Must own a laptop capable of handling design and video editing tasks.
