Job Overview

Our client is a prominent property investment and development firm. They are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the engineering operations for their flagship property. This leadership role is central to ensuring the building systems are maintained to the highest international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building Operations: Managing the operation of the entire building and the maintenance of building systems to the highest standards.
  • Staff Management: Directing staff engaged in the operation and maintenance of building services engineering, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil.
  • System Maintenance: Identifying and scheduling regular inspections and testing for critical engineering systems.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Facilities Management Department.
  • Compliance: Overseeing building services engineering, technical and compliance audits, and report writing.

Qualifications

  • Education: A B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university, alongside an MBA or MSc in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience: Over 10 years of experience in engineering, operations, and maintenance, specifically within high-rise buildings.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Electrical Systems, MVAC, Generators, Vertical Transportation Systems, VFDs, BMS, and Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Skills: Strong communication and people management skills, a team-player mentality, and a "can-do attitude".
  • Age Preference: Between 35 – 45 year
