Job Overview

Our clients are a flagship property investment, development, and management firm and are recognized as one of the country's premier real estate developers. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join their dynamic team to manage a project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Review: Reviewing method statements, tender/construction drawings, and contractor shop drawings related to civil, structural, external, and finishing work.
• Quality Management: Reviewing material submittals and samples for compliance, structuring quality inspections for incoming materials, and monitoring all quality-related activities during construction.
• Site Supervision: Carrying out site inspections for civil and structural work to ensure the quality of work and finalizing setting out and levels demonstrated by the contractor.
• Coordination: Coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: A BSc Degree or equivalent with over 10 years of experience in mid to high-rise building construction.
• Technical Knowledge: Significant experience in supervision and quality control of civil and structural (C&S) work, including piling and finishing work in buildings.
• Software Proficiency: Competency in using AutoCAD, MS Project, and the MS Office package. 
• Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) is an added advantage.
• Personal Attributes: The ability to perform under minimum supervision with a commitment to honesty and transparency.
