Job Overview

The Planning Engineer will support project planning, progress monitoring, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project plans and construction schedules.
• Track project progress against planned timelines.
• Coordinate with project and site teams on planned activities.
• Identify delays and support corrective actions.
• Maintain project schedules and progress records.
• Prepare progress reports and planning documentation.
• Support effective coordination of construction activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering with a Chartered qualification.
• Corporate Membership of IESL is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building, highway, or road construction.
• Minimum 10 years of total post-graduation work experience.
• Willingness to work at project sites in Kandy, Trincomalee, or Anuradhapura.
• Willingness to work on a shutdown basis.
