Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to join our client's team as a Merchandising Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies, ensuring effective product presentation, managing showroom and retail display standards, and supporting business growth through enhanced customer experience and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular showroom visits to ensure merchandising standards and display quality across all locations.
  • Supervise and manage the merchandising team to ensure effective execution of display standards.
  • Plan and implement merchandising strategies, layouts, and promotional displays.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate product placement, pricing, and labeling consistency.
  • Track team performance, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train, guide, and develop showroom staff to maintain high visual merchandising standards Preferred

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years' experience in merchandising, retail, or showroom operations.
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Good planning, analytical, and performance monitoring capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across showroom locations.
  • Experience in the retail business will be considered an added advantage.
