Job Overview

A well-established private healthcare institution is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote its Cardiac Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with medical professionals and driving patient referrals through strategic outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, consultants, and healthcare professionals
• Promote the organization's cardiac services and specialized treatment offerings
• Conduct regular hospital and clinic visits to strengthen referral networks
• Identify new partnership opportunities within the medical community
• Organize and support medical events, CME programs, and awareness campaigns
• Track referral trends and provide regular performance reports
• Achieve assigned growth and referral targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical marketing
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
