About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of managing on-site teams, orchestrating high-impact initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery in dynamic and fast-paced environments. This role demands a proactive, communicative, and technically aware leader who can align stakeholders, manage risk, and ensure projects meet their scope, time, and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery milestones.

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget forecasts.

• Oversee day-to-day project execution, tracking progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Implement and manage risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client and stakeholder communication, providing transparency on project status, timelines, and escalations.

• Foster collaboration across engineering, product, QA, and other key departments.

• Ensure adherence to agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience (typically 5+ years) in project/delivery management, particularly with on-site teams in software development or technology environments.

• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches).

• Demonstrated success in managing complex, distributed projects from initiation to completion.

• Experience with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Full professional proficiency).

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in the FinTech or payments industry.

• Familiarity with compliance, security, and regulatory considerations in financial software.

• Experience working within high-growth or startup-like environments.
