About the role
We are looking for a Lead Technical Salesforce Consultant to drive the day-to-day. Technical execution of mid to large-scale projects. You will coordinate development teams, steer technical decisions, and safeguard quality and delivery standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years leading Salesforce project implementations.

Proficient in Salesforce security and access control (data protection, permissions management).

Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and sandbox management.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and document customizations.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and data management best practices.

Proficient in data import/export and manipulation using tools like Data Loader or other ETL platforms.

Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Informatica.

Responsibilities

Guide the technical team through design, build, testing, and deployment phases.

Translate business/user stories into scalable Salesforce solutions (configuration, Apex, LWC, integrations).

Oversee release management, sandbox strategy, and CI/CD pipelines in concert with DevOps.

Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and support defect resolution.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for developers and client stakeholders.
