About the role

We seek a Principal Technical Salesforce Consultant to own solution architecture, act as a strategic advisor, and lead large-scale, business-critical implementations. You will align technical roadmaps with business goals and nurture long-term client

relationships.

Skills Needed 

At least 4 years in a Technical Architect or similar role, designing and implementing complex technical solutions.

Strong background in developing large web-based systems or full software product lifecycle.

Expert in Salesforce security and permissions, including data protection and access management.

Advanced experience with Git, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox management, and coordinating Salesforce releases.

Skilled in translating business requirements into technical specifications and integration strategies.

Expert understanding of the Salesforce data model and hands-on experience with data import/export using Data Loader or ETL tools.

Proficient in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Informatica.

Expertise in systems architecture, with the ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions.

Experience delivering training and support to clients and end users on implemented solutions.


Taks

Define and validate enterprise-level Salesforce architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Lead strategic discussions with client architects, executives, and steering committees.

Ensure technical deliverables align with program roadmaps and business KPIs.

Govern technical standards, conduct architecture/code reviews, and champion continuous improvement.

Act as the senior technical liaisonguiding post-go-live optimization and fostering account growth.

Contribute to the Center of Excellence, mentoring regional teams, and shaping best practices.
