We're looking for a creative, organized, and data-driven Marketing Coordinator to joinour team. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career whos eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing: Write, design, and send multiple monthly newsletters that inform, engage, and convert readers.
Advertising & Design Oversight: Coordinate the development and execution of ads and design assets across channels, with a focus on performance and consistency especially leading up to our marquee annual conference.
Conference Ticket Sales: Strategize and implement marketing tactics that directly contribute to ticket sales for our flagship annual event.
Program Growth & Optimization: Analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend tactics to improve and scale our programs.
Social Media & Creative Campaigns: Plan and execute engaging social content and campaigns that connect with our audience year-round across multiple platforms (Linkedin, X, TikTok, etc)
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals and timelines.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5 years of marketing experience
Proficient writing/copyediting skills and a creative eye for content and design
Comfortable creating and managing content across platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, with working knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms. Ideally you know how to tailor messaging and strategy to each channels audience and analytics.
A growth mindset and eagerness to test, learn, and iterate
