About the role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the VP of Finance & Operations (and occasionally the VP of Customer Success). In addition to classic EA responsibilities email management, calendar coordination, and task prioritization you´ll help drive operational efficiency by supporting light project work, such as contract organization, system improvements, and tool onboarding.

This role is perfect for someone junior to mid-level who thrives on organization, loves learning new tools, and can work independently with minimal handholding

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inboxes and calendars with a focus on prioritization and clarity
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and follow-ups
  • Track and organize tasks in Motion or similar task management tools
  • Support light operational projects (e.g., organizing contracts, onboarding new tools, basic SOC2 readiness tasks)
  • Help create systems and workflows for improved operational efficiency
  • Serve as a liaison with vendors and partners when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when representing executives

Familiarity is helpful but not required well support your onboarding.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable taking initiative and reprioritizing independently
  • Able to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
  • Experience in a SaaS or operational support role is a plus
