About the role

As a UX Researcher at Wevo.ai, you will spearhead user-centered research initiatives to inform and optimize the design of our clients digital products. Your role will be crucial in establishing UX best practices and advancing our UX maturity levels. You will utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to deliver actionable insights that drive product innovation and improve user satisfaction.

Requirements

1.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

2.- 4+ years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record in leading research initiatives.

3.- Proficiency in various research methodologies including usability testing, user interviews, heuristic evaluations, and survey design.

4.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.

5 - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research findings to stakeholders effectively.

6.- Experience with research tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, Hotjar, Figma, Miro, and analytics tools like Power BI.

7.- Ability to work independently in a remote environment as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

8.- Passionate about advocating for users and enhancing user experiences.

Preferred Skills :-Advanced English proficiency.- Experience in industries such as healthcare, agriculture, finance, consumer goods, and retail operations.- Background in design thinking and human-centered design principles.- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.- Strong project management skills with experience in managing vendor relationships

Responsibilities

1.- Lead and execute user experience research projects across various product releases.

2.- Develop and implement comprehensive research frameworks to uncover critical user pain points.

3.- Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform and guide UX improvements.

4.- Apply both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to enhance end-user experiences.

5.- Utilize analytics tools to track user engagement metrics and identify optimization opportunities.

6.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative UX solutions.
