Role Overview

At Mindtech, we are looking for a Solution Architect with strong technical expertise and business acumen to support our clients during key stages of their project lifecycle. You will play a critical role in presales activities, technical discovery, solution design, effort estimation, and high-impact presentations. We're looking for a future-focused professional who combines technical depth with excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical presales with clients: Participate in discovery meetings to identify challenges, gather technical requirements, and define high-level solutions for both development projects and staff augmentation models.
  
  

• Solution design & requirements gathering: Lead the technical assessment of client needs, evaluate solution options, and design scalable architectures tailored to each context.
  
  

• IT project estimation: Collaborate in building technical and commercial proposals, including sizing, effort estimation, and technology stack definition.
  
  

• Webinar and event participation: Represent Mindtech in webinars and tech events, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
  
  

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams to align technical solutions with business strategy.
  
  

• Technical documentation: Prepare high-level documentation and presentation materials to support proposals and client conversations.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles (Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or Technical Presales).
  
  

• Proven experience in designing cloud-based architectures (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  
  

• Strong knowledge of software development, systems integration, and APIs.
  
  

• Solid track record in effort estimation and technical planning.
  
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
  

• Previous experience in IT consulting or service companies is a plus.
  
  

• Intermediate to advanced English level (preferred for international projects).
