Senior Program Manager (SaaS Platform)

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-workstream SaaS product initiative in the civil engineering technology space. The platform is approaching initial market launch after two years of development, and this role will drive structure, alignment, and execution during this critical phase.

The Program Manager will oversee three integrated workstreams spanning product development, client collaboration, and launch readiness. They will own program governance, manage cross-functional dependencies, surface and mitigate risks, and ensure coordinated delivery across distributed teams. The role also includes serving as the primary client-facing program lead and driving go-to-market readiness efforts.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of program/project management experience

• 3–4+ years managing complex, multi-workstream SaaS programs

• Experience delivering SaaS products from late-stage development through launch

• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills

• Agile delivery expertise and comfort operating in ambiguous environments

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana

• Professional fluency in English

Experience in civil engineering, construction tech, or infrastructure domains is a strong plus.

This is a high-ownership, client-facing contract role (11 months, remote LATAM-based) focused on driving delivery excellence and launch success.
