Job Summary
This is a full-time position that performs key critical processes essential to the Company including, but not limited to, bookkeeping, onboarding new employees/VAs, onboarding new clients, running payroll, purchasing.
Should have a strong internet connection with back and back up power source.
Should have the equipment (laptop and desktop of at least i5 and equivalent with a backup as a plus).

- Perform administrative duties as assigned by the CFO such as
Recruiting New Employees/VAs
Onboarding New Employees/VAs
Onboarding New Clients
Running Payroll
Filing employee documents in employee folders
Bookkeeping
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Purchasing
Requires Skills
Very detail oriented
Can work on one task for a longer period of time
Strong analytical mind and problem solver
Able to research and find solutions with minimal or no supervision
Learns very quickly
Good written and verbal communications skills
Very strong desktop tools skills (Microsoft office, Google Suite (docs, sheets, etc.)
Education and Experience
College degree in accounting or HR or payroll
1-3 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
1-3 years of payroll operations experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Good general health
Good eyesight and hearing
