Job Summary

This is a full time marketing position that performs marketing tasks to help Mira Staffing find client

companies based in the U.S. and Canada that will acquire Virtual Assistants. This position requires high organizational skills, strong computer skills especially with MicroSoft Excel, strong Social media skills, strong writing skills including the ability to write articles, blogs, and newsletters without supervision or minimal direction, strong English verbal and writing communication skills (must be a good speller and write using good grammar). 

This position requires a high degree of being results driven, humility, and

people skills.

Technology Requirements

Must have a strong internet connection with back and back-up power source .

Should have a computer with i5 and equivalent. with a backup as a plus

Have a 2 nd monitor to improve performance

Have a backup power supply for 6 to 8 hrs.

Must have a backup internet

Supervisory Responsibilities: No


Identifying new market opportunities.

Identifying prospective client companies in the U.S. and Canada within each market.

Organizing work without a CRM to identify prospective clients, last contact date, last contact type, client status. (CRM will come later).

Send introductory emails to prospective companies prior to first phone contact.

Calling prospective clients.

Performing Discovery Calls with clients to discover what their specific needs are for a VA and how Mira can meet those needs.

Send follow-up emails

Send email blasts to prospective clients.

Developing company brochures, flyers, rack cards.

Schedule public speaking events for Mira owners.

Write content for Blogs on advantages of using a VA or how to transition to a virtual office, etc.

Create video and audio podcasts and post to YouTube, etc.

Social Media marketing including Facebook posts, FB ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram. 

Position Requirements

This position requires someone who:

Is highly effective in organizing their work and work priorities;

Has strong desktop tools skills (Microsoft office, Google Suite (docs, sheets, etc.)

Has above average intelligence and creativity;

Is more people-oriented vs task oriented;

Is highly results driven very competitive;

Has very good English written and verbal communications skills;

Can write articles and blogs and newsletters without supervision or minimal direction;

Can create very appealing graphic designs to be used in flyers, FB posts, ads, newsletters, etc.;

Is familiar with Social Media marketing concepts;

Is familiar with various Social Media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok;

Is familiar with Canva and Hootsuite;

Able to efficiently and effectively work from home with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience

1-3 years in Social Media Marketing

High School education is required.

College degree is preferred
