SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

We are specifically looking for candidates with previous sales experience with a VA provider.

This is an exciting position that allows you to be extremely creative and also employ your sales skills. If you enjoy creating social media content and talking to prospective customers, this job is for you.

Mira Staffing provides Virtual Assistants to companies located in the U.S. and Canada. The Sales Rep is responsible for a) creating leads via posting content and videos to social media, b) prospecting known leads through emails, SMS messaging, and FB messenger, and c) converting leads to clients through on-line meetings and phone calls.

The Sales Rep is an integral part in helping our company grow and expand to new markets and helping us meet our company goals.

This position requires very good verbal and writing communication skills in English; must be a good speller and using good English grammar); high organizational skills; strong computer skills; strong Social media skills; and the ability to write compelling articles, blogs, and newsletters without minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated do drive results, possess high humility, and very good people skills. This position is compensated with a base pay plus commission.

Duties/Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include

Lead Generation

  • Creating social media content including graphics, photos, videos, reels, shorts, and carousels for social media platforms.

  • Post to Social Media: Facebook posts, FB ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

  • Create, edit, and post videos, reels, shorts on our Youtube channel and social media platforms

  • Add/edit captions to videos.

  • Writing content for Vlogs

  • Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations

  • Performing hashtag optimization and post-time optimization on social media content.

  • Enhance social media with Alt Text.

  • Host and present topics in webinars.

  • Developing company brochures, flyers, rack cards


Lead Prospecting

  • Organizing work without a CRM to identify prospective clients, last contact date, last contact type, client status. (CRM will come later).

  • Sending introductory emails to prospective companies prior to first phone contact.

  • Developing a systematized manual drip campaign to send emails and text messages.

  • Sending email blasts to prospective clients in the client pipeline


Lead Conversion

  • Performing Discovery Calls with clients using online meetings or phone calls to discover what the prospective clients specific needs are for a VA and how Mira can meet those needs

  • Creating client agreements and email them to client for signature

  • Follow-up on clients in the client pipeline

  • Transition clients to operations

Position Requirements

  • Previous sales experience working for a VA provider;

  • High organizational skills of their work and work priorities;

  • Strong desktop tools skills (MicroSoft office, Google Suite (docs, sheets, etc.);

  • Above average intelligence and creativity;

  • Is results driven very competitive;

  • Has very good English written and verbal communications skills;

  • Is familiar with Social Media marketing concepts;

  • Is familiar with Social Media creation and posting software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Hootsuite, etc.

  • Able to efficiently and effectively work from home with minimal supervision.

  • Able to work night shift in order to hold Discovery Calls with prospective clients during U.S. & Canada business hours.

Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years in Virtual Assistant Industry as a sales representative or marketer - required

  • 1-3 years in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing - required

  • Must be confident in talking to CEOs of various companies in the US

  • High School education is required.

  • College degree is preferred

Compensation

  • $6/hr plus $50.00 commission for every VA ordered as a result of a client they prospected and captured.

  • Good general health

  • Good eyesight and hearing

Systems and Other Requirements

  • Two (2) Computer Processors having at least i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and Windows 10 or better operating system Gen 9 and higher

    Have 2 monitors for a desktop computer or one monitor to work in conjunction with a laptop.
  • Internet speed of 100 MBPS or higher
  • Backup power supply for 6 to 8 hours.

  • Backup location in case of power outage.

  • Has two (2) forms of internet. Backup internet can be a hot spot on the cell phone or should have a backup location. Primary internet must provide at least 100 Mbps on wired plan (computer is wired directly to the router).
  • Noise reducing microphone or headset.

  • Conducive work area free from noise and distractions
