Job Summary: We are seeking a Performance Marketing & SEO Strategist to lead and scale our customer acquisition engine across paid and organic channels. You will take ownership of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO strategy, and content planning with a focus on generating high-quality leads at an optimal cost per acquisition.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, agile, and obsessed with ad performance, lead quality, and SERP visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Ads (PPC + Meta)
  • Launch, optimize, and scale performance-driven campaigns
  • Continuously improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS
  • Build and manage full-funnel campaign strategies (cold/warm/retargeting).

• SEO & Organic Strategy
  • Develop and execute an SEO roadmap (technical + content)
  • Own keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization
  • Manage blog content calendar; coordinate with content writers or AI content tools

• Content & Creative Collaboration
  • Work closely with CRM Manager to align ads with landing pages and video content
  • Provide creative briefs and conversion insights for ad creatives

• Conversion Analytics
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking across platforms
  • Own attribution reporting (GA4, Meta Pixel, GHL, UTM links)

• A/B Testing & Growth Experiments
  • Run controlled tests on headlines, creative, offers, and landing pages
  • Report and iterate quickly based on performance data

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record in Google and Meta Ads
• Deep understanding of campaign architecture, bidding strategies, and ad targeting
• Proficient in SEO strategy (on-page, content structure, keyword optimization)
• Strong grasp of conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CRM attribution)
• Comfortable running experiments and optimizing for LTV/CAC
• Familiar with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer, etc.
• Analytical mindset, excellent communicator, and conversion-focused

Success Metrics:

• Cost per qualified lead (CPL)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Organic traffic growth rate and SERP ranking movement
• Blog traffic and time-on-page
• Campaign iteration speed (test cycles/week)

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AI tools for content generation or data analysis
• Familiarity with GHL or CRM systems for tracking lead source attribution
• Experience in lead-gen or service-based businesses

System Requirements:

• Computer: Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher.
• Monitors: Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops (recommended for backup management).
• Internet: Stable wired connection with at least 100 Mbps speed (higher preferred for WiFi).
• Backup Internet: A secondary internet source capable of handling the full workload OR access to a backup location nearby.
• Power Backup: Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours OR a backup location accessible within 30 minutes.
• Work Environment: Dedicated, quiet workspace conducive to professional communication.
• Headset: Noise-canceling headset for clear audio during calls.
