Job Summary: We're hiring a Marketing Operations & CRM Manager to own and scale our lead generation and conversion systems. You'll be the primary builder and optimizer of our CRM (GoHighLevel), automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns, and landing pages. You'll also support brand consistency across digital touchpoints and use AI tools to enhance customer engagement at scale.
This is a full-stack marketing ops role built for someone who's equally creative and technical, a builder who thrives on systematizing marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- GoHighLevel CRM Admin
- Design and maintain all pipelines, workflows, triggers, and tags
- Optimize lead intake forms, follow-up cadences, and contact segmentation
- SMS, Email & Automation Management
- Build and manage outbound and nurture campaigns
- A/B test copy, timing, and frequency to improve engagement
- Landing Pages & Funnels
- Create and maintain conversion-optimized landing pages
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Strategist to align ads and pages
- AI-Powered Content Creation
- Produce testimonial reels, video ads, and onboarding videos using AI tools (e.g., Pictory, Synthesia, Runway)
- WordPress Website Management
- Publish blogs, update service pages, and handle basic plugin/admin tasks
- Funnel Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on lead flow, form drop-off, and booking conversion rates
- Run audits and solve funnel performance issues
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing ops, CRM automation, or funnel building
- 2+ years direct experience with GoHighLevel (or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel architecture, and CRO best practices
- Working knowledge of SMS/email compliance (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, or similar)
- Competency with AI tools for video/content creation
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling cross-functional collaboration
Success Metrics:
- Funnel build speed and operational uptime
- SMS/email engagement (open, click, and reply rates)
- CRM hygiene (segmentation accuracy, duplicate resolution)
- Lead-to-conversion % from entry point to booked action
Bonus Skills:
- Zapier/API workflow integration
- Analytics dashboard setup (e.g., GHL, Databox, Google Looker Studio)
- Familiarity with ad tracking (UTMs, Meta Pixel, etc.)
System Requirements:
- Computer: Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher.
- Monitors: Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops (recommended for backup management).
- Internet: Stable wired connection with at least 100 Mbps speed (higher preferred for WiFi).
- Backup Internet: A secondary internet source capable of handling the full workload OR access to a backup location nearby.
- Power Backup: Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours OR a backup location accessible within 30 minutes.
- Work Environment: Dedicated, quiet workspace conducive to professional communication.
- Headset: Noise-canceling headset for clear audio during calls.
