  • Strengthen Collaboration: Serve as the communication bridge between subsidiary leadership teams and the marketing department.
  • Innovate Creatively: Develop fresh, engaging campaigns and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Leverage Data: Implement data-driven decision-making, track KPIs, and continuously improve performance through research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive leadership and vision for all marketing initiatives across subsidiaries.
  • Lead and scale a team of 5 marketing professionals (design, content, social, digital ads, and automation).
  • Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy that supports both holding company goals and subsidiary business objectives.
  • Partner closely with subsidiary leadership to align marketing initiatives with growth priorities.
  • Direct creative strategy, messaging, and campaign development across diverse brands and channels.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to uncover new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Build, own, and continuously optimize reporting dashboards to track KPIs (lead gen, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Drive innovation in digital marketing, automation, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Represent marketing at the executive level, advising on growth strategies and contributing to overall company direction.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including at least 1 year at an executive or senior leadership level.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-brand marketing strategies and delivering measurable growth.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, automation platforms, and analytics.
  • Exceptional strategic, financial, and operational acumen.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and innovative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
