Our client is seeking a visionary Head of Growth Marketing to architect and lead the integrated media and CRM strategy. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be the catalyst for a data-enabled, growth-hacking mindset across our entire portfolio of brands in SEA markets.
You will own the full-funnel consumer journey from acquisition to conversion and retention by deploying innovative, multi-channel campaigns that drive tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy & Mindset: Champion and instill a data-driven growth marketing culture across all media and CRM activations. Partner with brand teams to define and execute strategies that attract new users and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Campaign Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of innovative paid media and CRM campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, on-strategy, and performance-optimized.
- Performance & Optimization: Monitor the entire media investment portfolio. Analyze campaign data, user behavior, and marketing funnels to provide actionable insights, optimize ROI, and lead post-campaign performance reviews.
- Agency & Partnership Management: Manage and optimize relationships with local media agencies, leading negotiations and building joint business partnerships to maximize cost-efficiency.
- MarTech & Best Practices: Spearhead the adoption of regional and global MarTech tools, OKR frameworks, and precision marketing methodologies to ensure we operate at the forefront of the industry.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and allocate resources for the growth marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and excellence.
Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that acquire, convert, and retain consumers.
- A data-native marketer who is passionate about turning complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- An expert in both paid media (e.g., PPC, Social, Programmatic) and CRM (e.g., email marketing, loyalty programs) channels.
- An exceptional leader and collaborator, skilled at managing cross-functional teams (Brand, Commercial, DCM) and agency partnerships.
- A curious innovator who stays ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role, preferably within a multi-brand environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-million dollar media budgets and driving significant ROI.
- Deep hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms, CRM systems, and ad tech tools.
- Strong experience in agency management, contract negotiations, and performance benchmarking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
