SUMMARY

The brand director will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of our brand, shape its future and driving long-term growth.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can align brand initiatives with business objectives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and maintain a cohesive brand identify across all channels/ touchpoints. With deep expertise in the luxury cosmetics/ skincare industry, this role should own profound understanding of market trends and consumer, to identify new opportunities and develop innovative marketing campaigns to meet long-term and short-term business goal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Identity

Develop and implement brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals by creating winning short & long-term plans with high impact for the business.

Oversee the execution of global brand guidelines (visual, messaging, tone) and oversee the localization to ensure the best answering to consumer needs, ensure global consistency in branding, messaging, and customer experience across all channels and touchpoints.

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy on elevating brand awareness to increase visibility and engagement across all channels for the China market.

Lead brand marketing initiatives and manage the existing portfolio to maximize market share and strengthen competitive positioning.

Maximize sales opportunities by developing and executing effective brand strategies and initiatives.

Market Insights & Campaign Leadership

Develop compelling brand messaging and communication strategies.

Lead the team to develop and execute innovative, high-impact marketing initiatives

that elevate brand awareness, deepen engagement, and drive conversion.

Spearhead end-to-end launch strategies for marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless

collaboration across creative, digital, PR, and sales teams.

Analysis brand and sales performance and marketing effectiveness.

Leverage market data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics in real time.

Budget and P&L Management

Manage the brand budget, optimize spend across channels for maximum ROI.

Establish and monitor key metrics, including brand equity, awareness, engagement and sales growth, to quantify impact and provide data-backed recommendations for top management to optimize brand performance.

Effective P&L management with dynamic resource allocation for best impact on topline and bottom-line, ensuring profitability and revenue targets are met.

Cross Functional Collaboration

Foster and develop high impact partnerships with Marketing Services, Retail, Ecommerce, Education and CRM teams to ensure brand alignment in product launches and client journeys.

Actively collaborate with key regional and global stakeholders to optimize decision-making, accelerate execution speed, and maximize business outcomes.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, agencies and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree or above in Marketing/ Business or related field required.

At least 15 years working experience with minimum 5 years in a brand management role with the ability to steward brand initiatives designed to deliver business and brand objectives.

In-depth knowledge in both digital/ e-busienss and marketing expertise in retail luxury/ cosmetics/ skincare industry.

Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage, influence and align cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners.

Creative and innovative mindset, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trend.

High level of passion and dependability with a strong sense of urgency, multi-tasker, as well as having strong entrepreneurial mindset in startup business environments and scaling new initiatives.
