Were working with a global company (MNC) on hiring a National Sales Manager to lead the commercial team and drive retail and wholesale excellence across the Philippines. This role is pivotal in managing key accounts, executing brand strategies, and delivering sales targets through omni-channel initiatives.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and coach the field sales team (ACE) to exceed retail sales targets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with retailer partners and store management.
- Drive commercial education, digital engagement, and social selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with brand teams to implement marketing and omnichannel strategies.
- Develop and execute business plans to grow market share and customer base.
- Monitor performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and omni-channel strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools/social media trends.
