Brand Strategy & Commercial Execution

  • Analyze local market trends, competitor actions, and recommend activation strategies.
  • Develop and validate retail Go-To-Market (GTM) plans across offline & online channels.
  • Manage A&P budgets by channel, ensuring alignment with regional guidelines.
  • Design localized promotional plans for Key Shopping Moments (KSM), High Traffic Moments (HTM), and Always-On (trial sets).
  • Monitor cost of goods (COG), identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

2. 360° Marketing Leadership

  • Execute end-to-end brand marketing plans (campaigns, product launches) across all channels.
  • Provide local insights to shape regional marketing & GTM strategies.
  • Adapt and localize creative assets, media plans, and influencer strategies.
  • Collaborate with Digital, CRM, and Media teams to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including forecasting, pricing, and claims.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead hiring, training, and performance management for the marketing team.
  • Provide coaching, career development, and foster a collaborative team culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in brand management, trade marketing, and GTM execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in A&P budget management and retail marketing.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Commercial, Digital Commerce, Supply Chain).
  • Experience in digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and CRM.
