As the Education Director, you will inspire and implement education strategies, develop high-impact training programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate brand presence and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Education & Strategy Implementation

  • Lead the adaptation of global education & artistry strategies for regional/local relevance.
  • Develop and cascade curriculum with an Omni-channel (O2O) mindset, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Align education programs with business priorities, setting clear expectations for the Education & Artistry team.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, program delivery, and education calendars across affiliates.
  • Oversee localization of materials (translations, adaptations) and program launches.

Retail & Commercial Strategy

  • Drive retail productivity (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention) through education initiatives.
  • Plan and execute regional/market-led events (virtual & in-store), ensuring compelling content and execution.
  • Optimize service standards and track KPIs to enhance customer experience.
  • Partner with Retail Lead on action plans, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.

Go-To-Market Execution

  • Align education strategies with regional/affiliate business plans to drive category leadership.
  • Develop training modules supporting new product launches (NPL) and marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance virtual selling, livestreaming, and digital consultation capabilities across markets.

Content Creation & Social Engagement

  • Collaborate with Artistry & Marketing teams on social media strategies and influencer programs.
  • Create engaging content to support campaigns and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in education/artistry leadership (cosmetics/beauty industry preferred).
  • Regional experience (APAC) is a plus.
  • Strong background in retail education, artistry, and commercial training.
  • Exceptional communication, public speaking, and teaching skills.
  • Proven ability to develop training programs (digital/offline) and drive sales results.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
