Job Description

  • Work with the wider HR team and Centres of Excellence (CoE) to translate workforce needs into effective HR initiatives
  • Review and enhance existing people practices and recommend improvements aligned with global standards and organizational strategy
  • Provide accurate guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment regulations, and people processes
  • Act as the escalation point for complex employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices
  • Support key talent processes including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Own employee engagement by driving initiatives that improve culture, connection, and overall employee experience
  • Partner with managers to strengthen leadership capability and enhance people management effectiveness
  • Coordinate HR initiatives such as reward cycles, engagement surveys, and organizational change programs
  • Use HR analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing data driven insights for decision making

Person Specification

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in a progressive HRBP or HR Generalist role, supporting leaders in a dynamic, complex business environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with TA, L&D, OD, and Reward teams to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Hands on involvement in performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and supporting leadership capability building
  • Experience designing, executing, or driving employee engagement and culture building initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Proficient in analyzing HR data, AI tools, dashboards, and workforce insights to support business decisions
