Job Description

  • Manage assigned customer accounts by maintaining strong working relationships and supporting day-to-day account management activities
  • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities within assigned accounts to contribute to revenue growth and account expansion
  • Maintain regular engagement with customers to understand business needs, support opportunity identification, and strengthen client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, pre-sales, delivery, customer service, and technical teams to support the smooth execution of customer opportunities and solution delivery
  • Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, tender documents, and customer presentations in alignment with organizational requirements
  • Assist in coordinating contract documentation and internal approvals to support timely commercial execution
  • Support customer meetings, solution discussions, and presentations to strengthen engagement and support business development activities
  • Monitor customer feedback and service performance, escalating issues where necessary to support customer satisfaction and service improvement
  • Maintain accurate customer records, account activities, and opportunity updates within CRM and internal systems
  • Track account opportunities, pipeline activities, and sales progress to support reporting and account visibility
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and technology developments to support customer engagement and opportunity identification
  • Coordinate with delivery and project teams to support timely implementation and service delivery aligned with customer expectations
  • Prepare regular account activity updates, pipeline reports, and customer engagement summaries for management review
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle

Person Specification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management, sales coordination, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably within technology or solutions-based environments
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions, enterprise services, and customer engagement practices
  • Experience supporting proposals, quotations, tenders, and customer-facing business opportunities
  • Basic financial literacy with an understanding of commercial proposals, pricing structures, and account-related financial considerations
  • Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline management processes
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer activities and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to support opportunity progression and customer issue resolution
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales, delivery, and technical teams to support customer success
